Booking a Room

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence.

To reserve a room at Ostella you will need to select the dates when you would like to stay, then click on the "show available rooms" button. Afterwards you will need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. For a majority of reservations credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card will not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

If an advanced payment at the Ostella is required then this is clearly indicated under the Reservations section within the Hotel Overview.

Twilightblue.eu clearly indicates all charges when you make your reservation, so that there are no last minute or hidden fees.

Once you have made a reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with the booking details and the directions to the hotel.

Canceling your Reservation

After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to a cancellation page. To cancel your booking at Ostella follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you an email confirming you of the room cancellation.

Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation. Any "no show" charges or last minute cancellation charges are clearly indicated in the policies section.
